Changes enchantments for fortifying magic skills to boost magnitude or duration instead of reducing magicka cost. The base magic effect records used for these enchantments are changed, so this works for everything that has these enchantments, player-made enchantments (both new and already-made ones) and vanilla/mod-added items alike, as well as enchanted items worn by enemies. This means Fortify Destruction enchantments will boost damage, Fortify Conjuration/Alteration will boost duration, etc. Also, by making this change, the exploit of being able to make 2 schools of magic have zero-cost spells even with 15 skill and no perks in those schools is removed.
The vanilla magicka cost reduction from skill increases is only about 41% at 100 skill, so I recommend Magicka Cost Level Scaling by Saecan to increase this. You will probably want the 90% option.
Note: some items with unique effect descriptions such as the Vokun mask still say they reduce casting cost, but the effect is still changed to boosting magnitude or duration for them.
Version 1.1: also changes the enchantments used by magic robes that fortify a magic skill and magicka regen.
