Features

  • Paste text into any input area (Configurable in SkyrimInputMethod.ini, default on), added since 1.0.1
  • Unlock the windows key (Configurable in SkyrimInputMethod.ini, default off), added since 1.0.1
  • The keyboard will become non-exclusive (Side effect, makes your alt+f4 and other shortcuts work in game play)

My platform

Windows 11 22H2 with Microsoft Pinyin Input Method. Game version 1.6.640, 766 Mods Activated.

Notices

  • 1.5.97 and older not compatible for now, if you want use it in 1.5.x SE or LE, use the original mod (See Credits section below). Support AE&SE from 1.1.0.
  • Not compatible with Skyrim Upscaler (The Panel doesn't show up but you can still input text without UI)  Supported from 1.1.0.
  • Starting from 1.1.0, some special characters are displayed as a '?'. Although the game itself cannot render them under normal circumstances.
