Simple as that, some mods use these assets, I made it because a script I use uses all NPCs and sometimes appear vanilla NPCs with ugly faces because of that.
I don't think many mods should be conflicted with this, maybe cutting room floor. Use this if you are not using cutting room floor, or load cutting room floor after this.
