Changelogs
Version 2.11
There are 2 main changes in 2.11, many jokes/funny phrases and "Before the storm" (the second main story quest) were regenerated and reviewed with a better implementation of chat gpt.
Version 2.10
Minor vowel accent improvements & starting to maintain 3 different versions of the mod.
Version 2.9
I changed a single translation, so that I could document how to build the mod.
Version 2.8
Heavy dialogue updates to the game's first quest "Unbound". This style of writing is going to be closer to what I hope the game will be like eventually.
Version 2.7
Found another 10-20 latin translations that still had some english in them, replaced it.
Version 2.6
Figured out why the last 2 translations from my spreadsheet weren't making it into the game.
Version 2.5
Fixed a bug, where some translations from the spreadsheet weren't being converted when turned into LSTRINGS.
Version 2.4
I believe any english inside of parenthesis has been removed from the subtitles.
Version 2.3
Probably the largest removal of English since the mods initial release. I manually went through over 10,000 translations removing English and updating some translations which could be improved.
Version 2.2
Two main things, one I fixed an issue causing some vowel accented letters not to show up. I've also begun removing more english from subtitle grammar notes. Chat gpt was asked to write grammar notes in Latin... And it didn't do the best job.
Version 2.1
The version 2.1 patch just went live! I made roughly ~1,500-2,000 updates to different translations. Mostly removing English or updating translations to be more clear/beginner friendly. Or re-add lost context.
Version 2.0
Adds vowel accents to all of the letters. It seems like I have to use acute accents instead of macrons, because macrons show up as black boxes in skyrim.
Version 1.2
1. Updated hundreds of translations to fix weird vocalizations or non-english being translated 2. Removed special characters that aren't ascii to fix black box that appears (unfortunately, any macron or apex is removed, but I will work to re-add them)
Version 1.1
Noticed that macrons were not showing up in skyrim, so I've replaced them with acute accents. Which were used in miedieval latin and would still show vowel length. (Important if I generate Latin audio later to make sure vowels are pronounced correctly)
Version 1.0
Fixed any cells that had "chat gpt", "google sheet", "time out", or "open ai" failed errors. Also scanned for many responses similar to "Could not translate/simplify/traducere/interprari" errors
Version 0.1
Initial release, translations still have many chat gpt bugs.

Installation
When installing, make sure the subtitles are installed afterProject Caelifinis.
There are currently 3 versions of the subtitles mod: 1. A version with vowel accents marked 2. A version without vowel accents marked 3. A version with vowel accents marked and english captions
You only need to install one version of the subtitles mod, whichever you prefer.
The original mod, Project Caelifinis, was created by Nexus User Zarc70. We both have no copyright claims nor any monetary interest, but it was a labor of love.
