Mod Features:
~ ESL flagged main plugin and patches...won't count against your max plugin count
~ Redesigned the 1st and 2nd floors
~ Fixed several inconsistencies/problems with the vanilla building (seams, mis-aligned objects, etc), and added occlusion planes to maintain decent FPS.
~ Added/replaced a LOT of vanilla non-static clutter, drapery, furniture, light sources, and other decorations for esthetics and immersion (very few static/ non-interactive items)
Compatibility:
- Compatible with, but does not require Skyrim Project Optimization
- Compatible with any NPC editing mods (this mod doesn't touch NPCs)

Install/uninstall:
- Install before Lux (let lux overwrite this mod)
- Install after USSEP, Immersive Citizens, Snazzy Furniture and Clutter Overhaul, etc. (let this mod overwrite USSEP and Immersive Citizens)
- Install any patches after this and any other master mods
- Recommended to start a new game when installing/uninstalling this mod and it's patches.

A note on the Screenshots...I added pics of Vanilla (with just some texture mods like Noble Skyrim, , Rustic mods, etc), with this mod, and with this mod + Lux + Rudy ENB + Snazzy Furniture and Clutter Overhaul patches. Just so you can see the differences and options available with a fully modded game.
