Witcher Horse Expansion edits the NPC records directly to add diversity to the horse models. Simplest Horses also edits NPC records to change the horse's names and stats. If using both mods, it may cause the visual issues shown in the mod gallery if you load SH after WHE. This is because Simplest Horses references the vanilla model. So the simplest solution is to load WHE after SH, but this makes it so SH's changes won't take effect. This patch simply forwards WHE's changes so you can keep your pretty horse and the changes made by Simplest Horses.
In summary: you don't need this if you load Simplest Horses, then Witcher Horse Expansion, but your horses will have WHE's stats and names.
