CS' Morskom Quest Startup Patch

=Description=
A quick patch for the amazing home, Morskom Estate by Darkfox127.  For those who are stuck on "Search the area" and aren't able to click the note on the door,  This will bypass the note popping up and give one to the player, updating the quest to the next correct stage.

=Installing=
- Make sure all the requirements and their dependencies are installed first:

- Use Whichever Mod manager of your choice - install.
- Place cs_Morskom_patch after Morskom Estate.

=Uninstalling=
Mod manager of your choice and untick or uninstall.

=How it works=
Once you click the note on the door - it may briefly open up the note UI, then immediately close, giving the player the warning note, then updating the quest. 

Reasoning was at some point, the OnRead event for the original quest wasn't firing off correctly, or it would give a copy of the note to the player without them knowing. Once that happens, the note on the door no longer works.  This happens more so if one has the mod "read or take" installed.  

The solution I found was to just make sure that the event fires off correctly by having a small script on the note that updates the stage one time upon an OnActivate event instead of OnRead.  The script will give the player a copy of the note then update the quest stages.  That's it, the rest is handled by the original quest itself.
