After integrating the fantastic Khajiit Has Wears into my mod list, I decided to share some patches I made while doing it.
Adamant:
Resolves the perk conflicts and adds the Apex Armory / Lunar Armor materials to the relevant perks (Custom Fit / Perfect Fit) in Adamant, so the armor bonus is applied if wearing a set of either armor.
Project ja-Kha'jay:
Removes boots from the outfits of NPCs with digitigrade feet. I found they looked a bit weird and stretchy on those NPCs. This is the only change in this patch, so if you like the boots you don't need this patch.

FOMOD will recommend patches based on your active mods, but you should verify them yourself.
