MOD DESCRIPTION
"This mod is one of the most effective solutions to improve FPS for systems with older graphics cards. It may not offer as much benefit to systems suffering from script lag, high volumes of draw calls, or other CPU-end limitations."

Have a ton of mods and need an fps boost? Use level 1

The FPS Mod comes in 5 levels, of increasing FPS Boostiness!
Level 1 - Reduces textures by 50% = 512k
Level 2 - Reduces Textures by 75% = 256k
Level 3 - Reduces Textures by 87.5% = 128k
Level 4 - Reduces textures by 93.75% = 64k
Level 5 - Reduces Textures by 97.12% = 32k
Only use 1 file at a time.
This mod supersedes Hashesh P2 the highest FPS boost ever made. Level 1 & level 2 are renamed version of HP50 & HP 75 respectively.
My advertised FPS gains are best case scenario, everyone's setup and outcome's are different. This mod ONLY affects VRAM/GPU if your vram and GPU are adequate you will not notice an FPS boost at all.
I have a GTX 1050ti and I am unable to notice an FPS gain AT ALL on my computer.
But for a user who has an integrated GPU, this is the best mod for your computer to gain FPS.
UPDATE 08/21/23
I spent three hours straight today trying to unlock my framerate. At one point I did get my FPS above 60, up to 144FPS but then I went to load up this mod and once again I'm locked at 60fps. I'm done spending energy on trying to unlock my games FPS above 60. If anyone wants to take a video showing benchmarks good luck because it's a catch-22.
In order to run a video capture program like Ansel or fraps you have to have a decent GPU. But if you have a decent GPU this mod won't do anything for you. The best I can do to show benchmarks is show load time changes. the video below shows load time differences. Sorry I'm not a videographer.
Other than this crappy video read the comments, one person doubled thier FPS using this mod.
Here is video evidence taken from HP2, note the load times as I did not have my FPS indicator running.
Installation
Install like normal, there is no "esp".
I only support MO2 issues.
