Some tweaks to Ordinator Mage Armor perk conditions.

PERK CHANGES
All the below perks now lose effect only when the armor on your body slot is a Light or Heavy Armor piece, as opposed to the original where wearing one single armored piece such as boots or helmet made the perks lose their effects.
ALTERATION
MAGE ARMOR (20/50/80) --Protection spells like Stoneflesh are 100/150/200% stronger if not wearing an armoured chest piece.
Changes from Mysticism by SimonMagus have been forwarded to the flesh spells, so that the armor rating they confer is substantially more useful. The mod itself however is not required.
Oakflesh provides 40 points of Armor without perks.
Stoneflesh provides 80 points of Armor without perks.
Ironflesh provides 120 points of Armor without perks.
Ebonyflesh provides 160 points of Armor without perks.
Dragonhide provides 200 points of Armor without perks.
GEOMANCER (30) -- If not wearing an armoured chest piece, you take 30% less damage from attacks while charging or concentrating on a spell.
ENERGY SHIELD (50) -- If not wearing an armoured chest piece, incoming damage is lowered by 35%, but your Magicka is damaged instead of your Health. Below half Magicka, this damage reduction diminishes. Sheathing your weapon disables this effect.
DESTRUCTION
ROBE OF THE MAGI (50) -- If not wearing an armoured chest piece, Destruction spells are 30% more powerful.
