Release. NOTE. Mod was made on latest version of Skyrim AE (1.6.640). I don't know if it will work on earlier/later version.
This is patch for Heavy Legion and High Poly True to Vanilla NPC Overhaul which fixes black face bug for General Tullius. I'm not a modder, just faced this issue and fixed it easily with SSEEdit. Hope it will help somebody :)
