I've always hated fake glow textures. You know, the ones when you look at the flame in skyrim and it just have some yellow around it, instead of casting any real light. It looks as if it was Saint Flame from some holy icons. So i used many mods like Glow No More and stuff to get rid of it. But now we have a more elegant solution provided by Doodlum's Light Limit Fix!
Using the mechanism used for rendering Particle Lights i set up LLF to recognize fake glow textures as LLF Particle Lights. Then i set it up to both cull them (so it's like in Glow No More) and to treat them as a light source! So say goodbye to fake yellow texture pretending to be light and welcome REAL LIGHT!
Requirements: - Light Limit Fix obviously. Well it's technically a soft requirement, because you can have these inis in your folders without LLF. They just won't you know... like do anything. But there is no harm to have them without LLF. It's not like the game won't launch or smth. So you can keep them in your modlist while you're experimenting with LLF or ENB trying to figure out which one looks best* - While it's not a requirement i've also attached files for fake-glow provided by Embers XD, so it's not a requirement but if you have this - hurray. Fake Glow out, LLF Particle Light in.
