Skyrim is too cold to walk around half naked, if you've ever wondered how many NPCs can walk around with only a few rags on while the temperature is below zero then this is the mod for you. Skyrim is Cold, thanks to powerofthree's Spell Perk Item Distributor is able to distribute to certain NPCs a series of outfits suitable for the place where they reside. The NPCs affected by the mod are only those living in the Windhelm, Morthal and Dawnstar areas.

- All outfits are distribuited by SPID and so this mod is 100% compatible with everything, no patches required.
- All outfits come with Frostfall and Survival Armor Warm keywords.
