Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE) for the 1.6 patch
This is a introduction to the Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE). It is aimed at people who are fairly new to modding or have never installed SKSE before, or at people who have installed SKSE before but wish to know about the new steps to install. It covers the following:
1. What SKSE is.
2. Why we use it.
3. How to install.
4. How to launch the game with SKSE running.
5. How to un-install SKSE.
The latest version of SKSE can be found at: http://skse.silverlock.org
You can find archive extraction programs at:

There is a condition called EffectWasDualCast.
If it it used on an Magiceffect type Object(e.g. inside the spell->Effect or the MagicEffect Conditions tab) on Target if returns whether the effect was dualcast or not so far so god.
If used inside a perks entry point spell conditions tab (e.g. perk->new entry point -> mod spell magnitude -> spell conditions it only returns false, as the running object is a spell not an effect.
The Question:
Is it possible to change this behaviour (e.g. by a skse plugin) into returning the result of the condition used on the 1. effect?
The Objective:
This would allow an easy replacement of the vanilla dualcast system e.g. allow different multipliers for different effect types based on keywords(something that would be really handy for (re)balancing mods).
Nvm i realized i wasn't using the loader from the skyrim file but the one from the extracted archive :p
