Lexa by NoxideSE: LexaLexa is a vampire follower to accompany you on your 623rd Skyrim Playthrough. She's looking forward to it, but if you don't want her, she doesn't really care, because she has a little place of her own with two delicious humans to snack on and a vampire merchant to keep her company.

Nord Vampire
You can make her your wife if you're not afraid of the resulting love bites.
Lexa has a variety of spells at her disposal, including Icespike, Icestorm, Mistform, Vampiric Grip and more. She's quite powerful. She is a vampire, after all.
She can summon a Gargoyle if things get sticky.
She also has a custom dagger called Lexa's Evil Dagger.
She is dressed in Baddog's version of the Vampire Armor.
