I used only 40 mods to transform Skyrim into a nex gen looking game. You've seen load orders with thousands of mods. So let's challenge ourselves and transform as much of Skyrim as we can with 40 mods or less!

    Great Video. I always come back to it when I want to do a basic graphics overhaul in my modlist rather than going crazy over every little thing. Skyland AIO and Skyland Clutter (which I swapped out rustic clutter for) are GOAT for high coverage and high consistency!

      That's awesome! I like mods that cover a large portion of the game. I hate having to get hundreds of mods to just revamp base game stuff.

      As someone who spends way more time building his LO than playing the game, I often give myself some "challenges" when I decide to rebuild : "you have 1 hour to write down what you're gonna use only from memory OR you have 1 day to have a working load order OR you'll use max 300 mods thanks to comprehensive packs...etc..." and it always ends up in 1500 mods lists months later lol.
      EDIT : and I dont consider my huge mods list a badge of honor btw ;)

      Yes. Great point. I kinda hope this becomes a rabbit hole. You say, yeah just 40 mods, perfect! Then you get it and then you start punching smaller mods here and there and yeah, a month later, you're at 1500.

      I hope this helps get the base game covered  for the most part and a great foundation or base to build on.

      Exactly! Skyland AIO covers sooo much. Used it for a base for a handful of playthroughs now!
