One of my favorite ways to get new armor organically during the game is defeating a strong enemy and taking it off of them. Knight of the Crow offers a boss-level opponent at Labyrinthian to defeat in order to gain his "Crow Knight Armor" and weapon, which has a cool glow to it. Check it out!
