   I am really excited to see 4.1. Sadly I know it will be a big fps killer, especially with ENB, but I am still super excited.
   
   Hope you continue the series after this some day, maybe see your Windhelm if you ever feel like going that way.

   This update really breathes some, uh... "life" isn't exactly the right word... "character" (?) in to the city! Frostview looks great and the new crumbling towers really sell that  Winterhold once rivalled Solitude in scope. I can't wait, I'm so glad there's a couple new NPCs. Do they have homes in some of the buildings with false/boarded doors in 4.0?

      Yep some of the boarded up homes are now lived in.
