About this video
This has been requested A LOT. I tried my best to explain all the steps, but feel free to ask in the comments any question that you may have. I added the timestamps on the video descripton in case that you want to skip some parts.
- I put all the tools used in the video and their respective download links (all free). In this video I'm making the replacer for Skyrim Special Edition, but the steps can be applied to Skyrim Legendary Edition as well, nothing changes.
- You can apply this tutorial to any NPC, be it from a mod or vanilla.
Also, sorry if this feels like a 2010 video. I had trouble with my screen recorder and had to take several screenshots instead of making a smooth video (which was the original idea). If I'm able to, I would like to remake this tutorial in the future.
I hope you find this tutorial useful or at least interesting.

Moreover, the NPCs from your replicer are working fine, and specifically my file gives some kind of incorrect display. Also in nifskope, my nif file is displayed correctly, with the right facial features, but in the game it looks different (worse)
I did some more experiments. In general, the problem seems to be how the nif files are saved, or rather in their structure (I don't know if you can help). In other words, I changed a ready-made character in your mod, and the situation repeated itself. I would say that the face is slightly different from vanilla. However, then I replaced the face in your nif file with my own via nif-merge and everything was displayed correctly. In other words, the game doesn't see the head in my file or anything like that...
