I added to my Amiguitos Club House a Follower like your NPC(Almost the same as you use always) and he live with us in one of our houses.
I can separate from my mod to a Standalone, but i need time to make some things first. for the moment i inserted in the Followers Base in my House and he live the life with all Dragonborns.
