The Gildergreen Fix

This mod does 2 things. Fixes the sapling/dead tree bug and regrows the sapling to full size.
The base game bug where the Gildergreen sapling and the dead Gildergreen appear at the same time when you complete the Temple of Kynareth quest in Whiterun is along standing issue.
After that, this mod also grows the sapling to the larger version over a 30 in-game day period.
