      My modlist is a mess tbh haha but the cape is stormcloak Einherjar Armors but retextured to match Hjertesten's banner. The dragon version of the cape is not available cause I made for my own use, but you can download the original mod and retexture it the way you like ;)
      If you have other specific mods you're interested, let me know and I'll tell you what I'm using :)
