About this video

My personal take on Wood cutting mods. Not sure if I should upload or not. There are other mods on nexus that do the same, and MUCH more. I wanted something very stripped down and very performance friendly that only did one thing and did it well. Should I upload?

I'm not sure I'd be interested in this myself (or any of the other mods that do similar things), however, if I were to give it a try, I'd want the highlight colors to be more subdued/subtle. Afterall, you probably know what tree/rock you're working on given you're already swinging at it. That being said, it does look ultra simple and lightweight, just how I like my mods. Good work!

Thanks for the feedback! I tried a few different options with the shaders, I am admittedly no expert so the visual work was honestly the hardest part. I ultimately opted for a fallout 4 style thing which I thought not only looked best, but helped me identify the objects in the world easier (since its actually not always clear what rocks or trees are able to be mined for materials, a tiny problem I found with dynamic things mod for example - hence the need for the shaders at all).

I will say certain colors are def more aggressive. The Purple and Blue are much more subdued than the green and red, but I will def be messing around with the shaders more to see if I could offer options to dial them down a bit. There is a way to make them just an outline and reduce the fill amount so I'll have to get better with them. You can also turn them off completely in the MCM currently.

Thanks again I'm glad someone at least appreciates it enough to take some time to give me some feedback so I think I will release it just because it's always nice to have more options
