SSE FPS Stabilizer pushes FPS to the top and keeps your GPU engaged where the bug of the 0GPU bug seems to be solved. Just my experience with this wonderful mod. All Modded Skyrim and Skyrim SE modding is different and this is just one persons experience with this mod. This is just my opinion of this mod and the mod seems to have solved a problem in my Skyrim which is the GPU 0 Bug that is associated with a heavily re-textured skyrim. The GPU to 0 if inactive for a period or playing for more than 2 hours would cause the PC to stop loading via GPU and pushes everything to your main processor. With this mod it seems to keep GPU engaged.
