Chanterelle

Implemented salt mine, as some mods need lot of salt for cooking recipes. Mining to obtain blocks of salt (a lot of them at once), then find a mill to transform those blocks in useable salt pile. Only one mill in Chanterelle, in Hoe Land. Some mining ore need a little fight to be exploited safely.
