Old as hell I know, but seriously, someone should make a mod that simulates the kinds of antipiracy measures found in various games.  Some ideas for what exactly could change to "simulate" being a naughty boy/girl in terms of game ownership include:
    - An unkillable, or endlessly respawning, ultra deadly enemy that actively hunts you starting one ingame week from starting, like the Pink Scorpion of Antipiracy from Serious Sam 3.  After that grace period of 1 ingame week the rest of the playthrough is dedicated to not getting mulched by this hyperlethal vector.  Bonus points if it really doesn't belong in Skyrim, and even moreso if it's from a Microsoft IP (e.g. Doomguy now considers you a demon for your piracy and is actively hunting you)
    - Each time you make progress in a questline (e.g. completing a non-radiant Companion's quest), one vital function of your interface, or one controller mapping, becomes completely disabled.  Theoretically any of the questlines are beatable, but as your gameplay loses more functionality it becomes harder and harder to actually progress.  Bonus points for killing Miraak causing a guaranteed CTD with a bonus of deleting everything in your save file folder, ala Earthbound's Antipiracy.
    - On that note, make it so that any area where enemies spawn has a high chance of spawning between 5 and 10 additional copies of that enemy.  Also make enemies completely relentless, in that once aggro'd they won't stop until killed or you die, even following you across loadscreens.  Getting through the game in this instance is possible, but very tedious as every spawn point for enemies has a good chance of spawning a small army of whatever appears there, AND they won't stop unless killed or you die.
    - Your bounty increases by 500 every ingame day.  Rest too long and every guard in the world will want your head.  Bonus points for a high enough bounty also making unlawful NPCs hostile too, as you are so hot even the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood want nothing to do with you.  Again, theoretically doable in a speedrun but very difficult, and the longer you take the more painful it is.

Why ? You've got nothing to fear if you have a legal copy
