Gives Wei a full Goatee without having to use Resorep as a third party.

-A Goatee with a beard Line
-Mustache with thicker beard line and larger patch on chin
Installation:
Download Zip file and copy and paste to game directory
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SleepingDogsDefinitiveEdition
Copy all files to this location and that's it!
