For the first time, you need to launch the game with the mod to generate the config!
The config is inside this file: 'Game Folder\UserData\MelonPreferences.cfg'.

More Vaccables Mod Compatibility:
Vacuum Modifications is compatible with More Vaccables Mod by Atmudia. If you have More Vaccables Mod installed, you can take advantage of additional options for largos. The "Half space for More Vaccables Mod Largos" setting makes all of the containers hold only half of the set custom amount. For example, if "Silo Custom Item Limit" is set to 500, the number of largos that silo can hold is 250.

- Place the extracted .dll file into the "Mods" folder of your Slime Rancher 2 installation directory.
