Rouge The Bat has joined the Mania Squad!
She is fully animated, including cutscenes. The only part I haven't covered is the "standing still" animation on the rotating cylinder in Press Garden Act 1. If anyone wants to take a shot at that, be my guest.
Many sprites from AsuharaMoon's "Rouge In Sonic 1" sprite chart were used in this, but almost everything has been edited in some way or another, whether it be the color palette or and extra pixel here and there. Many of the sprites in this mod are also combinations of Asuhara's and my own. The rest of them are fully original, made by myself.
