- Subcutaneous Nanoweave - Health: 20 -> 40
- Intramuscular Mesh - Energy: 20 -> 40
- Ocular Implant - Accuracy: 15% -> 20%
- Implanted Rebreather - Oxygen: 0.5 (-50%) -> No change
- Cerebellar Halo - Work Speed: 15% -> 20%
- Hippocampal Booster - Learning Rate: 25% -> 30%
- Cerebral Cap - Accident Rate: -12% -> -15%
- Synthetic Platelets - Recover Rate: 33% -> 40%
