A freeform design mode, with plenty of resources.
Now updated for SH 0.18.0!
This is intended as a modding tool, so that ships of various sizes and layouts can be built without restriction, and possibly exported for mods using the linked tool below:

Customizing scenario difficulty settings is highly recommended if you want to play one of the ships.
Sandbox mode is enabled by default.
