In-floor power node for v0.18, with adjusted stats.
This is a quality of life mod mostly for saving space.
The In-Floor Node costs the same as the small node, including system points, but has lower capacity and range.
It also has no impact on comfort, but the construction difficulty is 3 instead of 2 for the small power node.
I consider this a good balance.
