About this mod
Focuses mostly on Breath of Winter but also makes some changes to Order of Dawn.
There is an extra optional map in OOD and 7 new maps in BOW.
Unfortunately SOTP and Free game mode don't really have any positive changes.

If you play on 1.54 I would suggest that you download some quality of life mods that significantly improve the game - particularly the "extended ui" mod.
They were available to download on NexusMods, but unfortunately, the author removed them some time ago.
I don't want to include a direct link to where you can download them, but you can find them pretty easily with a google search.
I won't bother talking about the Order of Dawn changes, because they pale in comparison to Breath of Winter.
Mirraw Thur

Whisperling Swamps (Forest Themed map)
A new map between Mirraw Thur and the Echo Swamps. It is filled with beastmen and kithars. There is a new sidequest where you must rescue a dragon(Itzwit). This dragon can become your companion for the rest of the campaign, following you everywhere. This can be a tricky map if you aren't careful.
Echo Swamps
Reowys will respawn several times after you kill him and each time he will use his runic power to bring some darkelves to attack your base.
Orzach
New map between Mirraw Thur and Frostfall. The the journey of the refugees will start here rather than Frostfall. They can be killed if you don't protect them.
You'll meet some important NPCs on this map. This map was made by a Discord user named DünnerDanny.
Frostfall
The refugees will only take food from you if you have more than 450 units.
Tirganach
Quite a few things happen here. By now you will have a fair few NPCs who are grateful to you for escorting them to Tirganach, including a merchant who sells some useful things. Firune gives you a quest once you've completed Fastholme. If you chose not to take the Itzwit with you, she will appear in the city and offer to follow you again. John Dundred gives you a quest similar to the one in the free game mode. It was cut out from the game but it has fully voiced dialogues.
Winterdeep
All ghost units take 50% of expected physical damage so this will be a lot tougher. Elven ghosts use bows. The mosiac becomes an actual quest.
Eastern Grimwarg (Snowy Mountain Themed Map)
A new map between winterdeep and fastholme. Quite a long map and you'll visit it more than once for sidequests.
There is a puzzle which is quite difficult to solve. The correct sequence is below.

Western Grimwarg(Snowy Mountain Themed Map)
A new map that is connected to both Tirganach and the eastern grimwarg mountains. Undead are besigeing a winterguard outpost. You need to use dwarves and elves to help defend the outpost and then break through to the portal to Tirganach.
FastHolme
Tougher enemies (They will kill the fastholme soldiers quicker if left alone)
When you speak to Windjalf he won't give you the firebane. Instead you must find some other dwarf called Skander Hjalmark who also knows the secret.
Tearwater Valley (Jungle Themed Map)
A new map west of Mirraw Thur. You will need to kill some mercenaries who are harassing a troll settlement.
Black Heart (Jungle/Swamp Themed map)
A new Map South of Tearwater Valley. You will need to survive an onslaught of enemies and rescue a dwarf who is being tortured. Definitely need to use LOADS of towers here.
Nevershade Frontier

Troll Monument added near the first orc monument. Star City is harder to take down
Firefangs
Troll Monument added. Shadows Will attack you in waves as soon as you activate a monument even if you don't have the shadow ring. All shadows on the map are invisible until you have the shadow ring or they decide they want to attack you. (You won't be able to see them wandering around your base guessing which one is going to turn hostile, they'll just appear out of nowhere and start attacking)
The Dagger(Desert Themed Map)
A new map where a war is going on between 2 orc clans. You have to help one destroy the other using an orc monument.
This is a very hard map. There are not enough resources to turtle your way through. The longer you spend building up your base, the harder it will get.
Once you get past the first stage, it becomes much easier.
The Abyss
Dwarven and Dark elven monuments added to support elf and orc monuments.

You shouldn't need to farm exp. If you do, you'll probably end up going above level 30 at the end.
Since most the enemies are higher level, the level of the runes you pick up has increased. You can use lvl 17 runes by the time you reach the final maps.
Made quite a few adjustments to spells and added some new ones.
Scream Mask - Curse - This spell has replaced thorn shield. Puts a shield on the target unit which steals the life of enemies that attack.
Bleeding - Curse - Causes small damage over 10 seconds. This is very strong at low level.
Summon Mummy - Necromancy - summons a mummy
Lavabullet - Fire - Deals instant fire damage to the target.
Ice Comet - Ice - Deals instant ice damage and freezes the target for a few seconds.
Mana Freeze - Ice - Reduces the maximum mana of the target.(This can't be resisted)
Earthskin - Earth - Increases the armourclass of the target.
Flash - Offensive - Deals instant damage to the target.
Light Grenade - Offensive - Deals massive damage to the target and anything standing directly next to it.
Summon Mirage - Enchantment - summons a spirit.
Reverse Healing - Life - causes instant damage to the target. (This can't be resisted, but it also can't kill. It can only reduce the enemies health to 1)
Thornblast - Nature - Causes instant damage to the target. Damage depends on enemies armourclass.
Summon Dragon - Nature - This replaces summon Treewratih.
Holy Wrath - Boons - Causes instant damage to the target.
Human Scout has been replaced with "Initiate". Casts shock.
Human Mentalist now casts Flash and Manatap. When upgraded will also cast shockwave.
Enchanter casts confuse and aura of hypnosis.
Elf Ranger has been replaced with "Adept". Casts Holy Wrath
Upgraded Wanderers will cast Salvo.
Upgraded Protectors will cast ice-shield(Longer cooldown so they won't spend all their time casting)
Dwarf Demolishers have way more health than the rest of the units. They also cast Steelskin.
Elites will cast Riposte.
Orc Thug has been replaced with "Bowman". As the name suggests, he fights with a Bow.
Fighter has been replaced with "Bloodarcher". Stronger version of the Bowman and can be upgraded.
Titans Have way more health and mana.
Swarm units will cast the same aura as their respective titans (except bloodhounds - in v1.54 this causes overflow/underflow errors).
There are quite a few new quests, but unfortunately none of them have any voices, so you'll need to read the text when speaking with NPCs.
I did fix the bugs that existed in SOTP but there is 1 bug that I can't fix. You can't use predefined characters. The game will crash and I have no idea why.
