About this mod
This mod buffs weaker middle and endgame weapons to make them more viable or competitive with other endgame weapons. Intended to be used on Veteran Mode.

COMPATABILITY:
Mods that change player weapon stats will likely cause issues with overriding each other.
Files Modified:
PlayerWeaponSettingsPrototypes.cfg
REMOVAL:
Delete the ICG_WEAPON_REBALANCE_VANILLA_FINA.cfg file and the game will revert to normal CFG settings for enemy values, player weapon damage etc.

UDP: // 2 tap endgame exos with AP only, makes UDP better than Skifs but worse than Rhino/APSB

M10 GORDON: //Now this is usable, still worse than APSB/Rhino but can actually kill things now
9.5 -> 25 Damage
INTEGRAL-A: //Damage buff so the vector can 2 tap with AP Ammo on caliber change to be competitive with other SMGs. Can 1 burst to kill exos.
13 -> 18 Damage
FORA: //Damage buff for endgame. 3 Taps best exos ap only fully upgraded. (Dnipro is 2, Kharod 3 taps base ammo)
17 -> 22 Damage
2 -> 2.25 Penetration
GROM: //Damage buff, 2 taps exos fully upgraded AP rounds only
18 -> 25 Damage
LAVINA: //Damage buff for general DPS.
20 -> 23 Damage
VINTAR: //Damage buff for general DPS.
35 -> 40 Damage
PKP(LMG): //Slight damage buff for DPS vs mutants
25 -> 27
Mark 1 EMR: //Now 1 taps fully upgraded on headshot with AP Ammo vs Exos.
55 -> 57 Damage
