Quite simply just lowers Fast Travel costs at Guides with options for half cost, quarter cost, or completely free fast travel.
Only edits FastTravelPrototypes so should be conflict free with all current mods.
for now. I guess eventually we'll get to the point that someone might add more guides to the world. That would be pretty cool. I guess.
