About
This mod overhauls stamina consumption rates to allow you to sprint for longer distances and use less stamina for Melee, Jumping, and Vaulting.
This mod edits the following parameters in the ObjPrototypes.cfg file
- Decreases sprint stamina consumption (Sprint longer)
- Decreases Jump, Melee, and Vaulting stamina consumption (Uses less stamina)
Choose from Four different configurations!
1. 1.5x longer sprinting - Jump, Melee, and Vaulting costs 50%
2. 2x longer sprinting - Jump, Melee, and Vaulting costs 25%
3. 2x longer sprinting - Jump, Melee, and Vaulting costs 50%
4. 4x longer sprinting - Jump, Melee, and Vaulting costs 25%
Install
Extract the Zip file and place the desired .pak file into \S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Heart of Chornobyl\Stalker2\Content\Paks\~mods
If there is no ~mods folder located in your Paks folder, create one.
If you already have this installed and are trying to update it, remove the old mod from your ~mods folder before installing the new version.
I've now added support for FOMOD for users who prefer to use the Vortex Mod Manager!
Conflicts
ObjPrototypes.cfg
Better Stamina 2.0 uses refurl to change config file parameters without replacing the whole config file.
This mod should now be compatible with more mods.
If the mod does not seem to be working it is most likely because another mod is overwriting this one. This can usually be fixed by making sure this mod is loaded last in the load order.
I can create more variations of this mod if people request it. Let me know what changes or additions you may like to see.
