Basic controller support thing, based on Antimicro (Keyboard emulator for gamepads).
I wanted to replay Stalker with gamepad, but there is no assurance, that GSC wil release update for original trilogy in near future, so decided to use improvised tools. Part of actions using the same buttons with holding mode (you need to hold button to make action)
Limitations of method:
There is no aim assist ingame and it may be difficult to aim with gamepad, so I tried compensate it trough config - mouse speed slows down to 50% when you press Left Trigger.
I can't predict which modification are you using, so there is no button promts ingame for gamepad.
Also I played with casual config edit for faster health regen.
Installation:
1. Download and install Antimicro
2. Download this profile
3. Connect your Xbox controller
4. Launch Antimicro and press Load button, then open downloaded file stalker.gamecontroller.amgp
5. Play game
Optional: set LCtrl to Always Run in game control options
Layout 1 (main):
Left trigger: Aim (50% of mouse speed)
Right trigger: Fire
Right shoulder: Throw bolt / Hold for binoculars
Left shoulder: Hold for Layout 2
L-Stick: Move
L-Stick press: Run
R-Stick: Camera
R-Stick press: Flashlight / Hold for nightvision
Up: Bandage / Hold for medkit
Left / Right : Weapon scroll / Zoom / Map zoom
Down: Change ammo type
A: Jump
B: Crouch
X: Use / Hold for reload
Y: Weapon in slot 2 / Hold for weapon in slot 3
Select: Map / Hold for inventory
Layout 2 (while Left Shoulder pressed):
Left trigger: Aim (50% of mouse speed)
Right trigger: Fire
Left shoulder: Release for Layout 1
L-Stick left: Lean left
L-Stick right: Lean right
Up: Grenade launcher
Left / Right : Fire mode
Down: Drop selected item in inventory
X: Reload
B: Artifact
A: Weapon in slot 4
Select: Fast save
Start: Hold for fast load
