Look no further, because this mod solves this annoyance!

In real life if you're tired after a sprint you just have toslow down, why in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. it is necessary to stand still for some
seconds?
This mod makes the stamina recovery mechanic more relastic and overall provides
a rather nice QoL improvement by implementing stamina recovery while walking.
The same mod is also available for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky!
INSTALLATION
Make a backup of your original "actor.ltx" before replacing it.
("Drive on which the game is
installed":\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\STALKER Shadow of
Chernobyl\gamedata\config\creatures)
Then copy the gamedata folder from the mod to your main S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow of
Chernobyl directory and when asked to replace the file do so.
(or if you prefer just paste the modded actor.ltx following the same path in
which the original file was)
HOW TO UNINSTALL
Replace the modified actor.ltx with the original one from the backup.
In case you don't have the original file anymore just delete the modded
"actor.ltx" and verify the integrity of game files through Steam, it
will be downloaded again.
