The Order of Peristeria (Known locally as "The Order of the Dove") is a group of Yoba clerics that live in the Sanctuary Grove Priory in East Scarp's Castlepoint District.
They devote their quiet lives to helping the sick, preparing organic medicinal treatments, tending to the funerary rites of Stardew Valley's dead, and studying the divine arts.
Due to a longstanding history between Hawthorn and the head of the order, our old adventurer makes the priory his "home away from home" while he's visiting the Valley.
Often, on the weekends, Hawthorn will gather those willing to listen to one of his stories around the fire pit out front and spin one of his classic tales of far off lands filled with adventure.
But is there truth to the old man's tall tales? Or are they just the exaggerations of an overactive mind?
Its up to you to determine whether or not you want to believe in a world of fantastical whimsy or choose to live simply in the world you've always known.
