      Sebastian stares blankly at the potato, contemplating the meaning of it and the meaning of everything but it's just a potato. It has no answers. "Well this didn't work," he sighs, crawls into bed and pulls the covers over his head. Still as he tries to drift off he thinks about the potato more in the darkness alone and cold in the ground. How it waits for spring and sleeps. But then Sebastian realizes that although he's alone in the dark now, he is warm and not a potato. Slowly Sebastian starts to smile.

   Well, I mean, at least he didn't ask for an eggplant... Then I'd really be worried. This one did break me for sure, but another good one is when Abigail says she's bored and wants an eggplant... and then when you bring it to her says, "Well, that wasn't as exciting as I thought." I really worry about the residents of Stardew Valley sometimes...

   This is Sebastian's way of trying to get people to leave him alone while he's working. Just ask for and do random stuff until people eventually think he's crazy and stop trying to interact with him

   He has a trend of asking for odd things.
