Looks like problem with Custom Spouse Rooms Locations.
Did you also install PolyamorySweet? It's one of the requirement. I think that mod(specifically the Polyamory Sweet Rooms folder) is required to move the spouse rooms around.
Also yes, Get Stardrop! It'll help figure it out if you're missing a dependency and mod conflicts and out-of-date mods.
