Mini shipping bin slot bug. UI does not work properly or at all depending on number. Example here is 3.

The Mini-shipping bin does not visually appear at 1 or 2, and visuallys bugs at 3 and likely numbers not dividable by 3, such as 10.
12 is a safe setting to assign. This is in Vanilla Expanded Storage mod.
It is unclear if this is due to that mod or the base required mod "Expanded Storage"
