- Experienced (!) pixelartists
You already painted new NPC Clothings from scratch (not talking about simple recolors..) and have an eye for lovely details. It's not about being fast - it's about being creative and thoroughly.

- Teamspirit
You like to share you're work with the team and are open for discussions and critic. Not every idea might fit the whole project, not everything you do might have the right quality from the beginning - you know critic is never personal but supportive.

- Caring about the big picture
You know such a project is not done with drawing a portrait. Caring about sprites might sometimes be tiring and reworking older stuff because it's outdated after new patches or providing compatibility with other mods is even more. But this is what it takes for this mod to succeed. And like all of us, you should feel responsible for that.
