NPC Adventures has a little revival. Version 0.16.1 was released and fixes the issue with NPC following through cooled lava blocks in volcano mines on island.

I have no idea which discord link you have used but my discord server is still working. Sometimes I can pause invite links due to spam raiders, but that’s just temporarily and right now is possible to join it.
my Patreon is not active because it was not about modding since 2021 but about my game project which failed. And I see no reason to update it anymore.

I also tried the google forms you have similarly linked in your mod post but those said I don't have permission to access them. I'm not trying to be obnoxious or make accusations, just trying to figure out what my options are. There are plenty of modders that move on with their lives, so I figured that might be your situation. Hence... asking.
