About this mod
Fills the pet bowl based on your config settings, either doing it daily, when it snows, or if it's in range of any sprinkler!

This was another request, but also a mod that already existed and just kind of needed a little update. (Perfect for me since I wanted to learn how to SMAPI mod!)
Original mod is pet water bowl by Mizzion
This mod gives the user some options:
* Daily filling
* Rain/Storm filling
* Snow filling
* Sprinkler filling
They are relatively self explanatory, but daily filling will fill the bowl every morning, rain/storm fills it during rain and thunderstorms, snow will fill when it snows and sprinkler will fill the bowl with all types of sprinklers (as long as it's in range!)
