Guys, this mod author hasn't been active since august of 2023. Not saying they won't ever update their mods (I used these too and love them) but I am saying it's more then likely the wait for an update will be awhile. Best to be patient and not dogpile with begging and demanding updates.
I think they are side characters during heart events. I don’t want to give spoilers but they’re basically just Joja employees that show up once or twice :)
Hi!! I have two options!!!! One is very tedious and long but allows you to mix and match the SCC portraits with Woomewoong's, for example if you want to keep the Festival Portraits from SCC because Woomewoong hasn't got any (ofc the character style would be SCC's during festivals as a result).
The other option is very simple! If you want to use Woomewoong's Portraits with SCC Sprites, then navigate to your Mods folder, open [CP] Seasonal Cute Characters SVE > assets and then delete the Portraits folder in there. Replace it with Woomewoong's. Now the game will load the Woomewoong Portraits from the Stardew Valley Expanded Portraits folder and they won't be overwritten by SCC!
Other more customisable option:
1) do what CompletelyImaginativve wrote: 'For the folder labeled 'Portraits' you'll go into the folder labeled; [CP] Stardew Valley Expanded > Assets > Character Files > and replace portraits. 'For the folder labeled 'Assets' you'll go into [STF] Stardew Valley Expanded > and replace assets for the new ones.'
2) Make a copy of folder labelled 'Portraits' from Woomewoong's download and move it to somewhere where you can edit it before moving it to the game files again. Open the folder; we need to delete and rename some of the files so that the Seasonal Outfits Mod can read the files. Delete Apples, Axel, Brooklyn, Chloe, Dusty, Highlands Dwarf, Jace, Junimos, Peaches, Sandy, Suki and Zoey and 'NoPortaits' as the Seasonal Mod does not use portraits for these characters. Also rename the Morris folder to 'MorrisTod' and Marlon to 'MarlonFay'.
3) This is the annoying part: go into the 'Alesia' folder. Rename the image from 'Alesia.png' to 'Alesia_Spring'. Then duplicate this image three times so that you have 'Alesia_Summer.png', 'Alesia_Fall.png' and 'Alesia_Winter.png'. Go into every single character folder and repeat this process except with the character's appropriate name. For Morris and Marlon, make sure they become MorrisTod_whateverseasonhere and MarlonFay_whateverseasonhere.
4) Open your Stardew Valley Mods folder and navigate to Mods>[CP] Seasonal Cute Characters SVE>assets>Portraits This is the SCC portrait folder. Copy the edited Woomewoong one into here, overwriting the SCC portraits. (I would recommended making a copy of the original SCC folder in case this process goes wrong!)
5) Run Stardew Valley and the characters should all show!!!!
This took me a bit to figure out, you have to go directly into the SVE files to change them. For the folder labeled 'Portraits' you'll go into the folder labeled; [CP] Stardew Valley Expanded > Assets > Character Files > and replace portraits. For the folder labeled 'Assets' you'll go into [STF] Stardew Valley Expanded > and replace assets for the new ones.

Hope this helps!
...sorry this will be unrelated to this bundle...but...would you ever create portraits for Ridgeside characters as well?
