All maps can be enabled and disabled individually in the config.json file, so you can pick and choose which ones you want!
The file can be found in the [CP] Stardew Valley Reimagined 3 folder and opened with any text editor, e.g. Notepad
If the file is not there, run the game with SMAPI once to generate it
Open the file, make your changes, save, then relaunch the game
If necessary, remove any items you've placed around town
Make changes to this mod's config file now if there are some maps you want to disable
Load up your save then press the L key to reset trees, bushes, grass, and debris on each map
If you've unlocked the special orders board and a bush regrows over it, you can use Destroyable Bushes to remove it
Save the game by sleeping so you don't have to do all that again
