Expands Victor's pre- and post-marriage dialogue to make him a bit more romantic

I originally made a save file with the main goal being romancing and eventually marrying Victor.
And I regret nothing.
After marriage, Victor is sweeter than all the Pink Cakes one could find in all of the Ferngill Republic. Similarly to Harvey, Victor turns from a nerd to an almost dorky nerd in love. However, while he is a very sweet and loving partner, the pre-marriage dialogue... doesn't really reflect that.
The whole time before getting married, Victor treats the Farmer as a friend with no hints of romantic interest whatsoever. There is a sudden change from friendship to marriage, with nothing in-between. On the other hand, all the other SVE marriage candidates have varying degrees of romantic interest towards the Farmer. Especially Olivia, should you pursue her.
Victor is base game Harvey, essentially.
This mod aims to change that.
The mod adds lines of pre-marriage, post-marriage and festival dialogue for Victor. The local rich boy also has special dialogue for when the Anniversary comes around. Stick around for a few in-game years and find out!
He now develops a crush at around 6 Hearts and it progresses the more Hearts you have with him. Additionally, he now has festival dialogue that is dependant on the number of Hearts you have with him / the relationship status. All festivals have been covered and the first changes occur at around 3-4 Hearts.
In addition to this, various NPCs in Pelican Town will comment on the relationship Victor and the Farmer have. Victor's mother and his friend group (Sam, Seb, Abigail and Sophia) now react to Farmer and Victor dating and being married. Additionally, more NPCs will react to the marriage.
And as of writing this (12.12.2023), Victor also has additional dialogue for festivals that come with the Ridgeside Village mod, as well as a wedding reception photo from the custom weddings that come with RSV.
In other words, the closer you two are to each other, the more lovey-dovey this rich boy becomes. Also, there is a teeny tiny bit of suggestive language, but nothing explicit has been put into the mod.
