This mod is in testing phase and will have limited content and images.
Purpose :
The aim of this mod is to increase the number of NPCs and fill the school (mod by xiddav) with more school going children and increase the rate in which Penny and Flor will work there.
Caution : This mod adds little to no items, quests, story etc to the game, but it does give you a massive "traffic jam" during school going hours from the bus to the school area lol.

1) Changes to Penny and Flor Schedule. ( Penny goes on weekdays and Flor goes adhoc )
This is to simulate a teacher and teaching assistant.
They will also take turns bringing the kids either to the Bus/Cable Car area or to Town and then to Marnie's farm
Penny also waits by the street lamp beside the clinic on weekday mornings to guide the kids to class. She also makes sure those hiding at the playground goes to their seats
2) Penny and Flor will now share their "salary" with you.
Mayor Lewis will mail the payslip if you are married to either Penny or Flor at the end of each month
Fixed a duplicate issue
3) 12 kids will go from the bus and walk to school.

Seat 8 Filler : Kitty

4) Added schedule patch for SDV ( including Leo ), Ridgeside and East Scrap Kids
5) "Easter Eggs"
- Kara's Secret : How does she get to East Scrap and get home on Sundays? She still appears on time for school the next day... Something is off...
- Favourite characters : Can you identify what anime/cartoon characters are the kids' favourite?
- More secrets coming soon.
Planned Updates :
- If Penny or Flor is married to player, to send a letter with her "salary"
- More activities in the school and playground
- Kids to visit Pelican on weekends with their parents
- Filling the rest of the seats with the option to disable if certain character mods are installed ( In progress )
- Heart events or Anti-Social NPC modes
- Non-Festival events / gatherings
Currently this has limited testing but seems to work with 1.5+, SVE, RSV and ES installed and those kids also goes to the school if the required mod is installed.
