There weren't any true midwestern emo Sebastian portraits so of course I had to do it. My first quick SV mod, hope you get some enjoyment out of it. I kept the expressions as close to his default portrait sheet as I could, and this guy has very few expressions. Made it easier for me to draw at least lol. Please let me know if anything needs fixing and feel free to hit me with suggestions.

- I don't know if it works with Portraiture. I've tried but it hasn't worked out for me.
